For your client, this looks like an agent who knows exactly what it takes to get them from that first house-hunting expedition all the way through closing on their dream home. They see that you’re busy with other clients and other projects, but they always feel like they remain your biggest priority. All while keeping a clean car and making sure your hair is on point.
Simply put, you get it done, son.
2) Insight: You know what you’re talking about, and you have plenty of value to add to a situation that can be ripe with anxiety and overwhelm. You know the school districts, the neighborhoods, the hidden gems and kitschy coffee shops. You can look at your clients, get to know them a bit, and direct them too just what they’re looking for.
You’re knowledgeable in the process, everything from comparable stats to contractors for upgrades. You give tactful opinions and help them see what they may be missing – or even looking for.
3) Confidence: This is the part where you strut your stuff. Ain’t nobody want a professional who’s not real sure about what they do.
You need to wake up every day and show up for yourself. That takes some work. You’ve got to stay up on the latest market trends, rates, neighborhood developments, and listings. You have to do what you need to do to make sure you are exactly the right choice for your client.
Continuing education. We’re just dying to say constant vigilance right here. That’s exactly what we mean – maybe just toned down just a bit.
